Orders are processed promptly and cannot be cancelled after 4 hours of placing the order.
All returns require a return authorization. Please send an email to:
info@mychildsboutique.com requesting the exchange or return of an item noting the reason for the return. MyChildsBoutique will then reply with a return authorization and instructions for the return.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return authorization printed in the top right hand corner. Insurance is strongly recommended as we can not be responsible for lost packages upon returning an item while in transit to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair. Please include all original packaging. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
Please allow up to three weeks for returns to be processed.
MyChildsBoutique.com is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Postmarks for returned items must be dated within 15 days of purchase. All sales are considered final after 15 days.
*Note: This policy applies to all new and used items except items marked "Final Sale Item". Final Sale items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. Original shipping costs and Special order items cannot be returned. Packages must be sent in a prepaid, traceable method.
